Vietnamese baked cassava cake (Bánh khoai mì nướng)

♥ Ingredients:
(Makes 1 9 ½ inch cake)

2 1-lb bags (907g) frozen grated cassava, thawed
1 13.5-oz can (400ml) coconut milk
4 tbsp (60ml) condensed milk
1 cup (200g) sugar
1 large egg
4 tbsp (50g) melted butter
⅓ cup (60g) rice flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp salt

9 ½ inch springform cake pan
melted butter (for greasing the cake pan)

2 1-lb gói (907g) khoai mì bào đông lạnh, xả đông
1 13.5-oz lon (400ml) nước cốt dừa
4 tbsp (60ml) muỗng canh sữa ông Thọ
1 cup (200g) đường
1 trứng to
4 tbsp (50g) muỗng canh bơ đã làm tan chảy
⅓ cup (60g) bột gạo
1 tsp muỗng cà phê vani
¼ tsp muỗng cà phê muối

9 ½ inch khuôn làm bánh đáy rời
Bơ tan chảy để thoa khuôn
